Our products are natural and allergic reactions to them are rare. However, we would still recommend that you do a small patch test on your elbow or arm before using the product and if any irritation or red patches appear, you are advised to discontinue use of the products.

Since the products are all handmade, they might differ slightly in color, shape and form from the image above since no two batches can look absolutely the same. However, the products are uniform in terms of the content and composition promised by us.

For maximum benefits, all our natural products should be kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat exposure. 

Since our products are natural and contain very little preservatives, they should be used within 6 months of purchase. 

The products are natural and contain very little preservative which is why they are sensitive to exposure to water. Do not get water in their container and keep them away from moisture. If the product gets in touch with moisture, there may be a chance of it getting spoilt. 

All our products are handmade and there are times due to climatic conditions or environmental issues, there could be delays in manufacture of the products and subsequent delivery. While all attempts are made on our end to avoid such a delay, we request your patience to help us serve you better.

These products being natural products, are likely to react to environmental factors like heat, cold etc and may either solidify or become liquid. Though we take utmost care, these are factors beyond our control. This however, will not impact the quality of the product or the composition.

Animal testing: none of our products are tested on animals and are 100% cruelty free. We attempt to indulge in sustainable practices and source our ingredients locally, organically and fairly as much as possible.

Since you have switched to a natural and chemical free product, your skin may go under a detox period initially. This detox period, referred to as Skin Purge, may result in a temporary acne flare-up which will clear eventually upon a few uses. The skin purge period varies on an individual basis and may last up-to 4 to 6 weeks. You can continue to use the product if it's skin purge and not an allergic reaction and eventually, you'll notice the skin starts clearing out between 4th to 6th week. We would recommend consulting a dermatologist to check if it’s a skin purge or a reaction.
